Send the print room

Send the part, the artwork and the run quantity, and the Westville print room will check it against the right pad and ink. Fields marked * are required.

Send Your Enquiry Through the Form for medical parts

Send your part, artwork and run size to PadPrinters. Include the product type, material, print position, approximate size of the marking area and how many parts you need per run. If you already have artwork, attach the file and mention whether you need a logo redraw, colour match or print area planning. The more detail you give us, the better we can check what is practical, especially for small medical and electronic components where the surface and tolerances matter.

What To Include For Medical Parts

Please add the town, the part material and any special handling needs such as heat sensitivity, a requirement for curing after printing or limits on the area that can be marked. If you are asking for trial sample runs or adhesion test samples, tell us what result you need so we can plan the correct setup. The more of this you include, the fewer questions we need to ask before quoting.

  • Part name or reference number
  • Artwork, logo or wording to be printed
  • Quantity per batch and repeat schedule
  • Delivery town and deadline

Where We Support Manufacturers

We support customers from our base in Westmead, Pinetown and handle enquiries from Durban manufacturers, Johannesburg supply, Pretoria supply, Cape Town supply, Gqeberha supply, New Germany support and Westville support. Whether you are sending a small sample batch or regular production work, we can discuss artwork preparation, plate exposure, plate etching, fixture making and rerun job control. Coastal humidity in Durban or Pretoria’s dry conditions can affect ink behaviour and drying, so we look at the job conditions before we confirm the method.

Medical And Electronic Part Marking

Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer ink from an etched plate onto shaped parts, which helps when the marking surface is curved, recessed or very small. It is commonly used on medical and electronic components where fine detail matters and the print needs to sit cleanly on the part. We work through colour matching, adhesion test samples and curing method selection so the marking is practical for the application, but customers remain responsible for their own device compliance and final product approvals.

Our Production Team At Your Service

Your enquiry is handled by a working production team, not a call centre. Sibusiso Naicker oversees the business as Managing Director, with Naledi Kekana handling production, Sanjay Dookhi on artwork and plates, Lerato Mabunda on quality checks, Yashika Sewpersad on client services and Mfundo Xaba on machine setup. That means the person reviewing your form understands the print process and can advise on sizing, ink choice, reruns and dispatch packing without passing the job around needlessly.

  • Artwork Preparation and Logo Redraws
  • Trial Sample Runs and Print Area Planning
  • Rerun Job Control and Dispatch Packing

After You Submit The Form

Once we receive your details, we check the artwork, the part shape and the expected print method before replying with the next step. If a sample is needed, we will tell you what to send and how many pieces to include. If the job is straightforward, we can move straight to plate work and setup. On many enquiries we can advise once the job details have been assessed properly, especially where curing needs or fixture making are involved.
